Visitor Admission Policies

No admission under 18 years old.

FHI is exclusive to business visitors.

E-Visitor Passes are non-transferable; individual use only.

Visitors prohibited from giving samples.

No baggage/trolleys are allowed inside.

Business attire is mandatory; casual clothing is not allowed.

Men shoes, flat shoes, and heels are allowed. No slippers and women sandals.

Visitors cannot canvas, leaflet, or do sales activities.

Attendees consent to official event documentation.

  • Food & Hospitality Indonesia (FHI) 2026 is strictly open to industry professionals only.

  • Admission is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18, even when accompanied by an adult.

  • Opening hours are 10.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. from Tuesday, 21 July to Thursday, 23 July 2026, and 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 24 July 2026.

  • Admission is free of charge for all visitors who complete the online pre-registration process. Visitors who register onsite will be charged an entry fee of Rp150,000 for four (4) days of the exhibition.

  • Visitors attending Food & Hospitality Indonesia must not engage in canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, sales activities, or the distribution of product samples, nor display objectionable behaviour, wear offensive apparel, or participate in any activity that may disrupt the event. Any visitor found to be in breach of these conditions will be removed from the exhibition.

  • Visitor Passes are strictly non-transferable. Any misuse may result in both the pass holder and the unauthorised user being removed from the event.

  • The dress code is strictly business attire. The following are NOT permitted entry into the exhibition halls:

    • Singlets or sleeveless shirts / sleeveless T-shirts

    • Slippers, flip-flops, or uncovered footwear

  • Official show photographers and videographers will be taking photographs and filming videos throughout the event. By attending Food & Hospitality Indonesia, visitors consent to such photography and filming without compensation and confirm that the organisers may use such photographs and videos (which may include images of visitors) for future promotional and marketing purposes, in any media, without liability. No other photography or filming is permitted without prior written approval from the organisers.

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any individual from the event or exhibition venue who does not comply with these policies, is reasonably suspected of breaching them, is prohibited from attending under applicable sanctions, laws, or regulations, or at the organisers’ discretion.
