Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) introduces an exciting skills competition promoting the art of wok cooking. Participants will showcase their abilities using this renowned Chinese cooking pan, commonly found in East, South, and Southeast Asia. The competition takes place during FHI’s four-day exhibition, providing a platform for participants to demonstrate their skills with this iconic Asian culinary tool.
