The 14th edition of Salon Culinaire returns to Jakarta in 2025, held in conjunction with the Food & Hospitality Indonesia Exhibition and organised by Pamerindo Indonesia. This prestigious culinary competition is a premier platform that celebrates creativity, skill, and innovation in the culinary arts.
Driven by a shared mission to elevate and globalise the rich heritage of Asian and Indonesian cuisine, the Salon Culinaire is a collaborative initiative led by the Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia, with strong support from the World Association of Chefs Societies and the Indonesian Pastry Alliance. As Asian cuisine continues to gain international recognition, the competition serves as a vital stage for chefs to showcase their talents, exchange knowledge, and push culinary boundaries.

The Asian Gourmet Challenge is a dynamic culinary competition where each team is required to prepare a complete set menu inspired by authentic Asian cuisine. Designed to highlight regional diversity and flavour, the challenge encourages chefs to demonstrate creativity, technical precision, and cultural understanding. Participants must incorporate mandatory ingredients provided by the organisers, ensuring a level playing field while pushing the boundaries of innovation and presentation.

The Patisserie & Bakery Challenge is a dynamic competition that celebrates creativity, precision, and technical skill across a diverse range of pastry and baking categories. With live challenges featuring fondant cake sculpting, artisan chocolate, butter cookies, viennoiserie, and Asian bread, along with detailed display pieces, the competition invites talented professionals to explore the full spectrum of flavour, texture, and artistic expression.
